Design Process
Every renovation has it's own unique process but to summarise we have listed our steps below
1. Initial Chat & Quotation
We will come to your home and do an obligation free quotation, have a conversation and figure out your requirements. We will be discussing budget so get ready to tell us your dreams
2. Pre renovation
We will run through the final decision making process and estimate a timeline for your dream house
3. Renovation process
we make use of our own in house team - so no strangers in your personal space. This is where the magic happens
4. Time management on materials
We will liaise with all the suppliers to make sure we have everything that we need before we start with the home invasion. This will ensure that we don't take up any of your space unnecessarily and finish on time
5. Payment
We normally require some funding at the start, middle and final payment of the renovation - but this we will discuss during our first meeting
